  Full name, date of birth, gender, South African ID number or passport number.

• Contact details

  Email address, phone number, residential address.

• Emergency contact

  Name, relationship, and phone number of your designated emergency contact.

  Known medical conditions and medications — collected solely for your safety during training.

• Identity documents

  A copy of your SA ID / passport and a selfie holding your ID, used for KYC verification.

• Financial information

  Monthly membership fee tier and payment records. We do not store card numbers — payments are processed by PayFast.

• Usage data

  Class booking history, portal activity, and session attendance records.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase Inc. Identity documents are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled storage bucket and are accessible only to authorised Academy staff. We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access logging.

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a period of 5 years after termination, in line with South African legal requirements.

6. Your Rights (POPIA)

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), you have the right to:
